• 1. Promotion Period & Discount

  GOOLOO Mother’s Day Promotion will start on May 9th, 2025 and end on May 20th, 2025. During this period, all customers can enjoy exclusive discounts of up to AUD$369.


• 2. Free Gift

  A FREE Car Holder with orders over AUD$200.


• 3. Refund

  Refunds for orders placed during the sale will be issued based on the amount paid.


• 4. Return Shipping Cost

  Customers are responsible for shipping and return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error.


• 5. Order Cancellation Fee

  If you refuse or cancel an order after shipment, a restocking/handling fee may apply. The fee amount depends on the order specifics.


• 6. Address Change & Delivery Refusal

  Once an order is shipped, changes to the shipping address or refusal of delivery may incur additional fees.

  Report any product defects within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for resolution.
